Cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics, advertising and affiliate measurement — what we use, why, and how you control it.
This notice is published ahead of launch so it can be reviewed. The fields highlighted in orange are still to be completed, and the notice does not take effect until they are. The cookie inventory in section 4 will be generated from the live production site and consent platform, not written by hand.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user's device, including cookies, pixels, SDKs and local storage.
2. Categories
Strictly necessary
Required for security, consent choices, core functionality and services specifically requested by the user. These may be used without optional-cookie consent where a legal exception applies.
Analytics
Used to understand audience and service performance. Deployed only in accordance with the consent or exemption position applicable to the chosen analytics configuration.
Advertising
Used for ad selection, delivery, measurement, profiling or related advertising functions. Online-advertising storage and access technologies require consent under current ICO guidance.
Affiliate
Used where necessary to attribute referrals or commissions. Each technology is classified by its actual purpose, and consent obtained where required.
Functional
Remember preferences or provide optional functionality. Consent requirements depend on whether an exception applies.
3. Consent
Non-essential storage and access technologies will not be activated before the required consent. Users must be able to accept or reject optional categories and revisit their choices at any time.
4. Cookie inventory
A live table will be published here before launch, listing provider, technology or cookie name, purpose, first or third party, category, duration, data recipients and consent status. It will be generated from the actual production site and consent platform rather than estimated.

5. Advertising
The site may carry direct-sold and programmatic advertising. Where advertising uses storage or access technologies, consent controls apply. We prefer contextual advertising where commercially appropriate, because it reduces tracking complexity.
6. Managing choices
You can manage your choices through [COOKIE SETTINGS LINK]. Browser controls may also remove or block cookies, but this can affect how the site works.
7. Changes
This policy is updated whenever the production technology inventory materially changes.
