How we research, source, verify and separate analysis from advertising. If you only read one page before deciding whether to trust us, read this one.
Publish useful digital-marketing intelligence: what changed, why it matters and what a professional should do next. Not what happened, entertainingly — what happened, how confident we are, and what to do about it.
We prefer primary sources, official documentation, direct data and credible reporting. Material claims should be traceable to evidence in the editorial workflow. Where we cannot trace a claim, we say so rather than repeating it.
Analysis and opinion are distinguishable from factual reporting. Where a piece is argument rather than record, it is labelled as such.
Contributor views may not represent the publication. Contributors must disclose material conflicts and follow our contributor terms and editorial rules.
Advertising, sponsorship and affiliate economics do not purchase independent editorial conclusions. Sponsorship never buys a verdict. Paid placements and affiliate relationships are disclosed where they exist — see our advertising policy.
We use automation in our workflow, and we publish exactly how. Automation does not remove editorial responsibility. The detail is set out separately in our AI policy.
Material factual errors are corrected promptly and significant corrections are noted transparently. If you think we have got something wrong, tell us — see corrections.
