Jobs and recruiter terms
The rules for job listings, employers, agencies and candidates on The Digital Chief Jobs.

1. Service
The Digital Chief Jobs provides job advertising and related recruitment visibility. Unless explicitly agreed, The Digital Chief is not the employer, the recruitment agency or the decision-maker.
2. Recruiter obligations
Advertisers must have authority to advertise the role and must provide accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory information. No misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or exploitative listings.
3. Candidate data
Where we link to an employer's application page, the employer's privacy terms govern the application. If we later collect applications or CVs directly, a dedicated candidate privacy notice and data-processing workflow will be published before that feature is enabled.
4. Fees
Listing prices, duration, refunds, replacements and package terms are set out in the applicable order or rate card.
5. Moderation
We may reject, edit for formatting, suspend or remove listings that breach this policy or create brand or legal risk.
6. No guarantee
A listing does not guarantee applicants, interviews or hires.
7. Liability
Recruiters and candidates must conduct their own checks. We are not responsible for employment decisions or third-party conduct, subject to applicable law.
